Daily check-in updates with your favorite task management tool integrated

Daily check-ins are very important for large or distributed teams. Whether you perform daily standup meetings or not, these meetings are not meant to hear everybody’s detailed update. We let that happen asynchronously, leaving your standup time to connect humanly.

OurWeek comes with robust and simple daily check-ins supporting popular project/task management tools like Jira, Trello (coming soon), Asana (coming soon) so you can easily refer to a task or tasks you are working on from your daily updates.

Your newest Slack team member: Mr. Carson!

We spend majority of our communication time/effort in slack as many teams do. We believe doing obvious follow ups, reminders for daily updates, milestones and other team-wide events shouldn’t be anyone’s job. We also proved by _data and experiment_ that having these reminders really changes everybody’s attention on whole team’s weekly goals and updates. So we created Mr. Carson, your newest slack team member with a character!

Mr. Carson reminds daily check-ins, follows up within the day and gives a motivational boost when everybody is cooperating :)

No, you don’t have to change how you work.Although OurWeek’s main promise is about having regular updates collected from team members, it will require some adaptation period that needs team effort to stick toit to see if it is helping your team to coordinate better.

Short answer is yes for you forever. We created OurWeek because we needed it, we used it long (uh, hello, it’s well tested!) and wanted to share with the world.Long answer is, probably not free forever for new generation of users. We have intention to keep it free until scaling it to a lot of happy users that will require moreresources for server, and maintenance costs. We believe this won’thappen soon (or we have no idea how many people is waiting for a service like this :).OurWeek will operate for free for this period.
